Gate Closure Time:

1. Boarding gates will close 25 minutes before the scheduled departure time.


Customer Arrival:

1. Customers must arrive at the boarding gate no later than the time indicated during check-in or as announced at the airport.

2. Checking in or receiving a boarding pass does not guarantee boarding; compliance with all requirements, including specified timelines, is essential.


Announcements and Communication:

1. Announcements regarding changes in the boarding gate or schedule will be made through airport sound systems, digital screens, or notifications.

2. Customers understand that announcements may not be made at airports categorized as 'silent,' and it is their responsibility to check the flight information display system.


Responsibility of Customers:

1. Customers acknowledge that FLY91 or its staff is not obligated to contact them if they fail to be present at the boarding gate according to specified timelines.

2. FLY91 bears no liability for any Customer who fails to report to the boarding gate for any reason.


Gate No-Show Policy:

1. Customers failing to report to the boarding gate within the mentioned timelines will be considered a "Gate No-Show."

2. Customers are urged to adhere to the specified timelines for a timely departure. It is essential to stay informed about announcements and boarding gate details, especially in cases where airports are categorized as 'silent.' Failure to comply may result in being marked as a "Gate No-Show," and FLY91 holds no liability in such instances.
