Fare Rules

Airline ticket fare rules govern the terms and conditions associated with the purchase, modification, and cancellation of airline tickets.
 
Modify Booking:
1. You can change your flight at any time from the time you make the booking till 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure.
2. No Change fees will be retained by FLY91 if a Customer modifies a booking within 48 (forty eight) hours of its creation, provided the booking is for a flight departing no sooner than 7 (seven) days from the date of booking. However, any flight or date changes to a booking will necessitate Customers to pay any increase between the Tariff of the initial booking and the revised booking.
3. After 48 (forty eight) hours of creating a booking, Change fees per passenger per sector will be applicable as outlined below:
Change Fee (per passenger per sector) Upto D-2 hrs: INR 3400 or Base Fare (whichever is lower) + Any applicable fare difference
4. In case of change of date/flight, the fare difference (if any) will be applicable in addition to the Change fee, where applicable.

Cancel Booking 
1. You can perform any of the below cancellations in the booking from the time you make the booking till 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure: 
  1. Cancel a single sector or flight 
  2. Cancel multiple sectors or flights 
  3. Cancel a single or more passengers within the booking 
  4. Cancel the entire booking 
2. No Cancellation fees will be retained by FLY91 if a Customer cancels a booking within 48 (forty eight) hours of its creation, provided the booking is for a flight departing no sooner than 7 (seven) days from the date of booking.
3. After 48 (forty eight) hours of creating a booking, Cancellation Fees per passenger per sector will be applicable as outlined below:
Cancellation Fee (per passenger per sector) Upto D-24 hrs: INR 3400 or Base Fare (whichever is lower)
Cancellation Fee (per passenger per sector) Between D-24 hrs to D-2 hrs: INR 4000 or Base Fare (whichever is lower)
4. Convenience Fee is non-refundable.
5. If a customer opts for a refund, it will be processed based on the payment method used for the booking and within specified timeframes.

No-Show
1. No changes can be made to bookings where the passenger is a no-show or fails to take the flight.
2. For no-show or missed flights, only the airport taxes will be refundable.
