2. No Cancellation fees will be retained by FLY91 if a Customer cancels a booking within 24 (twenty-four) hours of its creation, provided the booking is for a flight departing no sooner than 7 (seven) days from the date of booking.
3. After 24 (twenty-four) hours of creating a booking, Cancellation Fees per passenger per sector will be applicable as outlined in the Tariff Sheet available on the FLY91 website. 3. Convenience Fee is non-refundable
4. If a customer opts for a refund, it will be processed based on the payment method used for the booking and within specified timeframes.
No-Show
1. No changes can be made to bookings where the passenger is a no-show or fails to take the flight.
2. For no-show or missed flights, only the airport taxes will be refundable.
