Eligibility for Emergency Exit Seats:

1. Emergency Exit Seats are available to customers who meet specific criteria, including being able-bodied, above 15 years of age, not expectant mothers, not classified as invalid, not temporarily affected by an illness impairing mobility, and capable of various emergency exit-related tasks.
2. Customers traveling with infants are not eligible for Emergency Exit Seats.
3. If a customer who pre-booked an Emergency Exit Seat does not meet the safety criteria for occupying such a seat, they may be requested to change their seat.

1. Buying an Extra Seat: An extra seat can only be purchased during the initial booking and cannot be added later to an existing booking. Bookings for an extra seat can only be done through FLY91 Customer Support.
2. Availability: The availability of an extra seat is subject to the airline's capacity.
3. Fare and Exclusions: The basic fare for the original seat and the extra seat is the same when purchased together. The extra seat fare excludes airport levies.
4. Baggage Allowance: Passengers buying an extra seat are entitled to 15 Kgs of free check-in baggage allowance. Additional charges may apply for excess baggage.
5. Codeshare and Interline Restrictions: An extra seat cannot be bought on a FLY91 Codeshare Flight or an Interline Booking.
6. Refund Policy: Refund of an extra seat is subject to the FLY91 cancellation policy.
7. No-Show Policy: In the event of a 'No-Show' or 'Gate No-Show,' the extra seat will be non-refundable.
