FLY91 allows alterations or cancellations to bookings initiated at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time subject to the applicable change / cancellation fees per passenger per sector detailed in the Tariff Sheet.

If a customer opts for a refund, it will be processed based on the payment method used for the booking and within specified timeframes. FLY91 may process refunds either to the individual who made the payment or the relevant travel agent, with proof required for refunds to a person not named in the booking.

Please note that bookings done through travel agencies are always refunded back to the concerned travel agency from where passengers make the booking. Kindly ensure that you contact your travel agency in case the airline has processed the refund, but the amount has not been refunded to you within 7 working days.

The refunds are made in INR, deducting any applicable fees and charges.
