Modify Booking

We understand that travel plans can change from time to time!

Change Flight:
1. You can change your flight at any time from the time you make the booking till 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure 
2. Change fees per passenger per sector will be applicable as outlined in the Tariff Sheet available on the FLY91 website. 
3. In case of change of date/flight, the fare difference (if any) will be applicable in addition to the Change fee.

Seat Change 
1. You can choose to change your seat at any time from the time you make the booking till 1 hour prior to the scheduled time of departure 
2. Please note that a Seat Fee may apply to certain seats across the aircraft. Passengers may opt to either purchase the seats available as per their choice, or opt for any available free seat, or alternatively, opt for random free seat assignment by the system.  
3. At any point in time, Fly91 cannot guarantee adjacent seats, or seats in the same row or in any preferential sequence for 2 or more passengers travelling together unless such seats are blocked or purchased basis availability at the time of making the booking. 

Cancel Booking 
1. You can perform any of the below cancellations in the booking from the time you make the booking till 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure: 
  1. Cancel a single sector or flight 
  2. Cancel multiple sectors or flights 
  3. Cancel a single or more passengers within the booking 
  4. Cancel the entire booking 
2. Cancellation Fees per passenger per sector will be applicable as outlined in the Tariff Sheet available on the FLY91 website. 
    3. Convenience Fee is non-refundable 
4.  If a customer opts for a refund, it will be processed based on the payment method used for the booking and within specified timeframes.

No-Show
1. No changes can be made to bookings where the passenger is a no-show or fails to take the flight.
2. For no-show or missed flights, only the airport taxes will be refundable.
