Travel with Pet

Small and harmless domestic pets, such as dogs and cats, accompanied by valid Health and Rabies vaccination certificates, may be accepted on FLY91 flights in the cabin at the owner’s risk, subject to the following conditions:

Booking Process:

  1. Bookings for pets cannot be made through the website or travel agents.


Service Fee:

  1. Carriage of pets (excluding Guide/Service Dogs) is subject to a service fee per Sector as outlined in the <Tariff Sheet>.


Container Requirements:

  1. Pets (excluding Guide/Service Dogs) must be in a ventilated container with dimensions not exceeding 17”x10”x8”.
  2. Total weight of the pet plus the container should not exceed 7 kgs.


Limitations:

  1. A maximum of 01 pet is allowed per flight in the passenger cabin, subject to weight and container size restrictions.


Seating and Allocation:

  1. Pets are not allowed to occupy a passenger seat.
  2. Customers with pets will be allocated window seats.
  3. Emergency Exit Row and premium seats are not allotted to customers with pets.


Storage and Restraints:

  1. The container must be stowed under the seat at all times.
  2. Trained guide dogs must be muzzled and restrained throughout the flight.
  3. Pet dogs must be muzzled and restrained when taken out of the container.


Health and Vaccination:

  1. Customers must carry the latest health and rabies vaccination certificates for their pets.
  2. A moisture absorbent mat should be placed under the pet at all times.


Label and Indemnity:

  1. A label indicating the type of pet must be affixed to the container.
  2. Customers must complete the indemnity form provided by FLY91.


Notice and Reporting:

  1. Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice of their intent to carry pets.
  2. Customers must report at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time when traveling with a pet.


Restrictions and Considerations:

  1. No food items are permitted in the container.
  2. Certain breeds, like brachycephalic dogs, may have specific travel considerations.
  3. Unaccompanied minors, customers requiring wheelchair assistance, and customers traveling with an infant cannot travel with pets.


Behaviour and Age Requirements:

  1. A pet showing disruptive behaviour may be denied boarding.
  2. Dogs and cats must be at least 3 months old, and pregnant pets of more than 4 weeks will not be carried.


Documentation and Declarations:

  1. Documentation and declarations are required during drop-off and pick-up of a pet.


The customer assumes all risks associated with the pet's carriage and indemnifies FLY91 accordingly.

FLY91 reserves the right to refuse the carriage of a pet on its aircraft at its discretion. 
Customers are advised to carefully adhere to these guidelines and conditions when traveling with pets on FLY91 flights.
